How can we help?

Support for Chen Chess Coach is handled directly by the service operator, Brian Chen in Norway.

Beta access

Ask about an access request, invitation, sign-in problem, or a connected ChatGPT or Claude Coach App. Never send your password, Firebase token, OAuth token, or invitation code by email.

Data request or deletion

Request access, correction, portability where applicable, or deletion of beta data. A verified beta-data deletion removes your access request, invitation and delivery metadata, Beta Access, and beta OAuth grants. Your Firebase sign-in identity remains unless you separately request whole-account deletion. Use the email address associated with your request or Player identity when possible; identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Security concern

Report a suspected vulnerability or accidental exposure privately. Include the affected route, time, and safe reproduction details, but do not include another Player's personal or coaching data.

Coaching problem

Describe the delivery surface, the completed game's public URL when appropriate, and what you expected. Do not email private PGN unless support specifically asks for a minimized example.

Data boundaries

Beta data is temporary and purpose-limited.

Access and invitation data remains only until revocation, a verified deletion request, or beta closure. Keyed rate limits expire within 24 hours and application logs within 30 days. Firebase and Google provide identity and storage, Railway hosts the beta, Resend sends invitations, ImprovMX forwards support email, and Vercel provides DNS. Resend may retain its sent-email copy for its standard 30-day period. The beta has no marketing analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, open or link tracking, or nonessential tracking cookies. Before you write

Keep credentials out of support email.

Chen Chess Coach support will never ask for your password, full Firebase token, OAuth access or refresh token, or an unredeemed beta invitation code. If you believe one has been exposed, revoke or rotate it where possible and report the incident without copying the secret.
